This page describes what data this site and the Movetory purchase involve. It is written to be read, not skimmed.
The landing page is a static page served through Cloudflare. It sets no cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies, fingerprinting or tracking you across sites. The page loads two fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a request to Google's servers when the page opens; Google's privacy policy applies to that request.
Payment is handled by Stripe on Stripe's own checkout page. We never see or store your card number. Stripe shares with us your name, email address, billing address, company name, the number of trucks you enter, and the payment status, so that we can deliver the app, issue an invoice and handle refunds. Stripe's privacy policy covers how Stripe processes your data.
We use your details to send the delivery email on November 11, 2026, to send product updates about Movetory, to issue invoices as required by Romanian law, and to answer your emails. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else. You can ask us to stop product emails at any time by replying to any of them.
Inventories, photos and signatures created in the app stay on your crew's phones and in the PDF reports emailed from the app. The app does not upload them to our servers. Details about any optional online features will be published here before they launch.
We keep purchase records as long as Romanian accounting law requires (currently 10 years for invoices). For everything else, you can ask us to see, correct or delete your data by writing to hello@movetory.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
