Win the damage claim before the truck leaves.
Your crew tags every item, photographs it, marks the condition and gets the customer's signature on their phone. At delivery they do it again. One PDF per move, emailed to you and the customer.
One-time price for your whole company. No subscription. Ships November 11, 2026, or you get every cent back.
27 Elm St, Denver
A claim you can't disprove costs more than the repair.
A paper inventory says "sofa, SC." The customer says the scratch is new. Without a timestamped photo from pickup, you pay, or you argue and lose the review anyway.
The software that fixes this is built for van lines: full dispatch suites at $300 to $1,200 a month, with a crew app buried inside. If you run one to ten trucks, you are paying for a dispatcher you don't have.
Movetory is only the part that protects you: inventory, photos, condition, signatures, PDF. Nothing else.
How a move goes
Tag and shoot at pickup
The crew lead types the item, taps the condition codes, takes the photos. Each item gets the next sticker number automatically. No signal needed.
Customer signs on the phone
They scroll the list, see the photos, and sign. The report is sealed with a timestamp and emailed to both of you before the truck moves.
Check off at delivery
Every item gets ticked as it comes off the truck. Anything new is photographed next to the pickup photo. The customer signs again. Done.
What's in it
Standard condition codes
The same abbreviations your paper inventory uses, one tap each. Add your own if you need them.
Works with no signal
Basements, rural pickups, parking garages. Everything saves on the phone and sends when it can.
Every crew phone, one price
Install on as many phones as you have crews. Your company code links them all.
Your logo on the PDF
Company name, logo, license number and claims terms on every report. Looks like yours, because it is.
Pickup and delivery side by side
Delivery photos sit next to pickup photos for the same sticker number. That is the whole argument, on one page.
iPhone and Android
Crews bring their own phones. Both work, and reports look the same either way.
Bent, broken, chipped, contents and condition unknown, dented, gouged, loose, marred, packed by owner, rubbed, scratched, soiled, stained, torn, worn. Built in.
One price. Not per month, not per phone.
The first 50 companies get it at half price and get to tell us what to build next.

Who's building this
I'm Paul, a software architect with 15 years building commerce systems for brands and agencies. I'm building Movetory with the first 50 moving companies, not for them: every early customer gets my email and a say in the first three releases.
If you'd rather talk before you buy, write to hello@movetory.com and tell me how your crews do inventories today.
Questions movers ask
Where do the photos and reports live?
On the crew phone until the report is sealed, then in the PDF that is emailed to you and the customer. Your data does not depend on us keeping a server alive.
Does it replace my bill of lading?
No. It replaces the paper descriptive inventory and the argument that follows. Attach the PDF to your BOL as you do today.
What if a crew member's phone dies mid-move?
Any other phone with your company code can open the move and continue. Items already recorded are not lost.
Is it really one-time?
Yes. You pay once per company. If we ever add an optional paid service like cloud archiving, the app you bought keeps working as it is.
What will show on my card statement?
MOVETORY. The invoice is issued by Mestereaga Consortio P & C SRL, the Romanian company behind the product.
What happens on November 11?
You get an email with the App Store and Google Play links and your company code. If that email doesn't arrive, you get a refund without asking.
